Scientific awards of the decade
The Lithuanian Science Award, the most prestigious award in research in the country, has been conferred on: Dr Jonas Paulauskas, Dr Irena Ermanytė, Dr Gertrūda Naktinienė, Dr Zita Šimėnaitė for the Dictionary of Idioms (Frazeologijos žodynas), 2002. Dr Gertrūda Naktinienė, Evaldas Ožeraitis, Assoc. Prof. Dr Jolanta Zabarskaitė, Prof. Dr Habil. Vytautas Zinkevičius were nominated for the National Award of Advancement for the internet version of the Dictionary of Lithuanian (Lietuvių kalbos žodynas), 2007.
